We have all known people who are, what should we call them(?)...”gender confused,” and my personal opinion is that most of them do not choose their condition. This is very regrettable, but is, and always has been, a part of the human condition. That has been augmented by present day medical procedures giving us even more so confusion. The medical/psychiatric record is replete with evidence a vastly disproportionate percentage of that cohort is susceptible to severe depression and ultimate suicide.
My view is that some serious steps to accommodate that segment needs to be taken without encouraging it as a fad, which it now seems to be. What that is, I cannot say. Ignoring the reality of the condition(s) does not seem correct to me. Piling on the afflicted is the worst course of action.
