Both good Mike, I also saw the bottom one without the reporters and instead had the bearded Forrest Gump when he ran for years.

Now here is a bonafide case of need for asylum should the refugee manage to escape in one piece and seek it here in the U.S. —

Ain't Sharia law grand? All a person has to do is say that you did something without any proof and you can be railroaded.... hey wait, why does the Kavanaugh hearings all of a sudden come to mind?

Heck if Trump was a thinking president he should have sent a couple of aircraft carriers to pick them up. House them on deck in a tent city transport them to Canada and have them apply for asylum in Canada.

Would have cost a lot less than the BS he's doing now. Oh anything for the base.

Just refuse them entry at the border, if they step across arrest them. After the arrest take them to the fenced in tent city and have judges conducting the asylum proceedings at the gate. For those who have a verifiable claim let them in and send them to another facility that can handle the remainder of the proceedings. Fully allowing them to cross when they want, and just walk into America without any kind of checkups (for diseases) and counseling as to how our laws work and what they are allowed to do and not do, is stupid. Those who are allowed to enter legally have a process they have to go through, which includes some education of our laws and proceedings. Not making these people do the same is a slap in the face to the honest ones.

The ones who have no verifiable claim to enter are shipped back to where they started. Contrary to popular belief, it is not fear mongering, it is smart and protection for all Americans who live here. Kate Steinlee would be proud to know that illegals have more rights than actual citizens do.

So these miscreants have not even made it to the border yet, have not filed any paperwork for anything, yet they have already filed a class action lawsuit claiming that "THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED".
A dozen migrants traveling by foot from Honduras to the U.S. to seek asylum filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security and others, claiming a violation of their due process under the Fifth Amendment.
The Fifth Amendment states that, "no person… shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

Can you believe that? These ragtag pricks have not made it withing 1000 miles of the US border, have not filed any paperwork for anything other than to file a lawsuit against the US and Trump for violating their "constitutional rights". F them, if you can file a lawsuit you can surely file for a visa at your local embassy and wait your GD turn. If it were me, those that filed would NEVER gain legal admittance, NEVER. Although it does do one thing, it proves that Trump is telling the truth about some of the folks using our system against us.

So, it is unconstitutional to search entrants at the border without probable cause or ask them questions? Good luck with that, guys & gals & others.

Probable cause is not required at the border.....

You can also insist on your right to remain silent when asked why you want to enter the country too, but then the border guards can insist on their right to reject your entrance summarily.

Latest is a suit to stop Trump's plan at the border. Wonder how that will go?

SO they should just house these refugees in the homes of Dems, since they seem to want them so bad, it's not fair to make me pay for them and their problems.

They have tent cities to live in, until their processing. Those who have a legitimate claim, which is now zero because Mexico offered to keep them, and then we can send their asses back where they came from and they can legally apply for entry after they wait in line.....just like our law says.
