What Would Scalia Have Thought About the Recent Kavanaugh Debacle?

Interesting read by his son Christopher Scalia: HERE

Very good read and also the words are a bit scary as he puts them. The Court has, as he said, has become a very political tool for politicians. Whether one believes it or not, there is a litmus test to have a civil hearing to become a justice. The main test is the Roe vs Wade decision, as long as that particular issue is not glaringly apparent and abortion is "okay" with the candidate, the left will be pleased. What Kavanaugh went through is appalling. Compare his hearing with both Sotomeyer and Kagan and see the difference in questions and temperment by the Repubs on both the committee as well as the general vote. Neither Gorsuch nor Kavanaugh were treated with the respect due to judges of their class, and that is a shame.

The Left can see they are losing their make-it-up-as-go control of the one reliable branch of government they have dominated for decades and are going nuts as a result. Their mob scratching insanely at the door of SCOTUS is emblematic of their lunacy and desperation. I laugh.

In public probably nothing. In private he would have used numerous expletives.
OPINION....a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.
