That was not one of my old offices, although I was in it conducting business many times in another life. As I understand from afar now, it has been infested with rats lately marching to a head rat. The entire town is run by vermin now, it seems.
I was an Assistant District Attorney in Waco & Abilene starting out before moving to Houston.

Yes, you are correct, the head rat and all of her minions are more than just a mess. It's just plain disheartening. I'm glad I don't have to interact with them anymore.

It is a common problem in urban areas it seems...the propertied folks move out even in a vast city like Houston to surrounding communities leaving stinker voting blocks to move in their ilk to run things. You get what you vote for.
