There are two garages, the smaller one was built in 1920 and has a wall running down the middle with supports going up to the rafters. I want to remove the wall and open it up for a shop. It is between 18' to 20' long. Figure to sister several 2" X ?" with 3/4" plywood between them.
Is there a site that I can use to figure out the size of the beam to support the roof?
