    Lacks security

.....and Hillary had nothing to do with this.

From today's WSJ regarding the recordings made by Ms. Manigault Newman:

That Ms. Manigault Newman managed to slip a recording device into the Situation Room demonstrates the laxity of White House security procedures, some experts said.

Steven Aftergood, a government secrecy specialist at the Federation of American Scientists, described an “amateurish security environment in the White House.”

“The chief of staff was clandestinely recorded in the basement of the White House?” he asked. “The fact we’re even discussing this issue is an embarrassment to the White House.”
They are all (that is as in ALL) like a rank bunch amateurs.

I expected better from Gen Kelly.

Correct me if I am wrong, but what she did was terribly illegal, and beings it was taped in the situation room, unauthorized, she could be and should be in big trouble.

I am sure with ANY admin, there are things done and said that we the people never hear about. Omarossa got run off because Kelly IS better than that. He was throwing another clown out of the circus tent. He was trying to clean it up and you crucify him anyway?

Were all digging deep now for the impeachment coming someday. The blue wave will wash it all away.

To have assclowns such as Amerato (or whatever it’s name is) and Cohen even near the White House is an embarrassment, but a full life is full of embarrassments, isn’t it. Kind of reminds me of that Clinton creep who stuffed original documents sequestered in the National Archives in his pants. Of course Sandy Burgler was a Senior Foreign Policy Advisor, while Amarillo was some token dufus minority out-reach queen below a grade to even notify the President when it is canned.

I guess the critics here are complaining that any visitor in the the White House should have their cell-phones confiscated upon entry. How else to keep this from happening? On another level, if this particular Jackel had anything damaging on her phone, wouldn’t we be hearing it? Instead, the recordings, or the parts released, show very gentlemanly conversations with the surreptitious backbiter sitting with them. Not much here to complain about, but the usual suspects will find a way.

You TDS suffers have really reached a low point in conjuring up complaints to be harping on anything Amerilis has done.

In reality I can't fault Gen Kelly too seriously---I can't imagine being in his shoes and trying to herd that bunch of first graders--- including the one in the oval office.

I just saw this young lady on news hour--she presents herself well and I suspect she is going to cause some damage---- but then the "base" seems immune to whatever happens.

By god, you are starting to wise up. Just like the base and the media we had for the past 8 years before Trump.

You do not get to become a general without being able to do a good job. Kelly is not stupid and has cleaned up the place a bit with his actions. I guess it does not count that the residual scum that stayed at the WH and were passing stuff to their lovers at the MSM would not be a contributing factor?

I see where another swamp rat got shown the door at the FBI today. Strzok got his corrupt ass run off and more should follow.

Take a deep breath Dave Donald Trump is the president of the United States and he will be until lawfully removed or his term ends. I know what you would like to see first

The piece of trash worked in the Clinton Administration for algore, where she was canned for the same reasons this time —

...But this isn’t Omarosa’s first series of White House problems. She worked in the Clinton Administration under Vice President Al Gore. As Al Gore’s former office administrator Mary Margaret Overbey said at the time, Omarosa “was the worst hire (the Office of the Vice President) ever made.”

People magazine reported in 2004, she was “banished from four jobs in two years with the Clinton administration.” The White House personnel office transferred her to the Commerce Department briefly. At her last short-lived administration role, Cheryl Shavers, the former Under Secretary for Technology at the Clinton Commerce Department, opined, “She was asked to leave as quickly as possible, she was so disruptive. One woman wanted to slug her.” Omarosa only lasted in that final role for several weeks.

Another Clinton administration official reported she was fired “because she couldn’t get along with people.” Another former Gore staffer noted, “she didn’t do her job, and it got everyone in trouble.”

She has been busted for exaggerating her roles in the Clinton administration, too. As Omarosa told an audience in Washington, D.C. on March 19, 2004, at a panel discussion on “Wearing the Pants: A Woman’s Experience in a Man’s World”:

“I have done logistics and advance and event planning for the White House under the Gore staff. … At 23, I got appointed to the White House. That was not a place to learn how to be a young professional. That’s a very difficult environment, because they don’t believe in training. They just kind of throw you in the fire.”

The problem? Anonymous Gore staffers confirmed Omarosa never was involved in advance work or logistics. Her job was “to respond to invitations.”...

Well---responding to invitations certainly fits into advance work and logistics----it just reads better. Averaging 20+ resumes a week I am always entertained and occasionally impressed how some can "gussy up" the most menial job.

While the left is salivating over the rants of omarossa, some of her former friends who are sure not Trump fans are roasting her for her lies and back stabbing. April Ryan of CNN really lets her have it, and I would not be surprised if April had a Trump voodoo doll with a million stick pins in it.
CNN’s April Ryan said Omarosa Manigault Newman stabbed her in the back and attempted to end her career when their once-friendly relationship soured.
“It was really ugly. It was so ugly,” Ryan said during an appearance on SiriusXM’s “Karen Hunter Show” on Tuesday.

Manigault Newman has been on a media blitz in support of her new book, “Unhinged,” and she has played various secret recordings of Trump and his staffers that she said were collected during her time working in the White House.

Ryan was on “The Karen Hunter Show” to promote her own book when she was asked if there was a section on Manigault Newman -- whom she considered a friend before the former Trump aide turned on her.
"I talk about her taping me. I warned everybody. I talk about her taping me. We had that fight between the Oval Office and the press office,” Ryan said. “It probably stemmed from the fact that she was very upset with me because I ...wouldn't be in her wedding and people were telling me she was very upset that I chose not to be in her wedding.”

The CNN contributor said that in addition to the wedding party beef, Manigault Newman turned on her in order to help Trump go after the media.
“She stabbed in the back, the neck, the eyeballs and in the front. She tried to cut my head off and put it on a platter and serve it up to Donald Trump,” Ryan told Hunter.
The feud between Ryan and Manigault Newman goes back to at least February of last year, when The Washington Post published a story headlined, “‘This is . . . Nixonian’: Reporter was taped by White House in heated exchange”. The Post’s Paul Farhi wrote that Ryan then claimed Manigault Newman said the CNN political analyst “was among a handful of journalists on whom the White House was keeping ‘dossiers’ of negative information.”

At the time, Manigault Newman called Ryan a “liar” and admitted to having a tape, while Ryan said she was considering legal action regarding the recording.
Ryan -- she's White House correspondent for American Urban Radio Networks, in addition to her gig at CNN -- then told the SiriusXM host that Manigault Newman attempted to spread lies about her relationship to Hillary Clinton.

“I was very upset about that and we'll take care of what she said and the lies that she was spreading that is career-ending and I was doing this for about 20 years, when she did this,” Ryan said. “She said I was taking money from Hillary Clinton. I said, ‘Are you kidding me?’”

The Post also reported that Manigault Newman sent Ryan a note citing an unnamed story that tied her to Clinton.
“This story suggests that as a reporter, you are (or were) a paid Clinton surrogate. I pray this is not true! This could be hurtful to your legacy and the integrity of your work,” Manigault Newman reportedly wrote to Ryan at the time.

Ryan told the radio host that Manigault Newman wanted to “kill” her career, and that the truth could be easily proven.
“Now, here I am, a divorced single mother of two girls who works hard, and it's not just about taking food off my table. You are hurting my children. I'm a fierce mama bear. She lied on me,” Ryan said.

Ryan also claimed that Manigault Newman urged Trump's former press secretary, Sean Spicer, not to call on her during White House briefings.
Manigault Newman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

I don’t know who an April Ryan is, but it was clear from the start that Trump truly was unhinged to include that other creature on his team.

April Ryan is a CNN reporter who is a certified Trump hater. I'm really surprised she said tore into Omarossa like that, I figured she would take one for the team as her hatred for Trump is legendary.

Omarosa is a clown trying to make money and Trump is a guy who tried to give her a chance probably because she is attractive and African American. He made a mistake he missed judged her character and the rest is history. To me that's pretty much the end of the story.
