Next time I’m driving by Coyanosa in the middle nowhere, I’ll be sure to stop.
    Do they deliver?

They may ship. You may be getting some of their stuff by default, if you buy anything that says "Pecos" on it. Contrary to popular belief, Pecos Texas is not in Pecos county, it is in Reeves.

Beto the guy in the video is the guy I talked to in the store to buy what I got. Very nice bunch of folks and I have been stopping in there for years. I have some wells to visit around them so it is very easy for me to stop by.

This came to me in an email today. It is a bit of a different "twist" to cooking corn. I see lots of potential here:

Below is an interesting recipe for those who have an Instapot©️. It pressure cooks cleaned ears in water, milk, heavy cream, butter, honey, & Cajun seasoning. I need to try this one, but I think I will use less time, as I like my kernels crispy.

I have not heard anyone here respond to my previous suggestions to acquire an Instapot, so I don’t know how many could take this recipe to heart, but let me assure you that the device is not just another gimmick.
