They sound tasty. Not worth the drive I expect. Maybe some will pop up and create a new trend. Until then In and Out's my go to.

I had a surprisingly tasty In-N-Out burger just this week at our local joint.
Not bad, but you can’t get a Chili Burger there, so minus points.

In and out are good, but they get old.....they are not that special and even getting them & driving to a hotel they start to break down and get icky, but a 5 guys holds up to transport and then is messy, like a Whataburger....

I like em just cuz we can't get em here, once the distribution center open in Colorado Springs we expect to see em all over the front range....

The good In-N-Out burger I mentioned in #4 stood out because the bun was grilled perfectly with crispy edges. I think that was probably more luck that it came off the grill precisely at the correct time rather than it being an institutional characteristic. I recall others there, which did not have that and were more ordinary.

A fine burger is a beautiful thing...

I was taken by the robot thing using meat they grind on the spot and that the meat is marinated and aged in some kind of rice/umami solution before that. I need to taste what that does.

Who's willing to go to San Francisco to test it out (once it opens to the public)

No indication of the profit margin over a regular line chef operation. Nor how long it will take to amortize the start up cost.
