It will be, just wait. With it costing about 35 thousand of taxpayer dollars a year to take care of each person streaming across the border, when we stop the inflow and start to export those who do not belong, the wall will be paid off in no time.

The Wall could be paid off in no time and then the Treasury coffers would get fat if they would tax the money being sent to Mexico each pay day.

That makes no sense. The wall will still be payed for with tax dollars even if there is a reduction in illegal immigrants that lessens the burden of supporting them.

Well now........there are 1,954 miles of US/Mexico border currently & 670 miles of fence total with Texas having 1,254 miles of border and only 110 miles of fence..............

And this is your worry/concern & not all the illegal activities Obama, Clinton & the DOJ have comitted, not even alleged illegal activities, but hard core fact based proven ones as in the OIG report.

And you chose to ignore those & the ramification and instead focus on trump and talking **** about who's paying for the fence & you don't have a clue who's building it, what kind of fence it is or how much fence will go up.

    Why???

When we actually build one, THEN you can muse about why Mexico isn’t paying us back for it.
    Until then complaint are illusory.

If you take into account all of the money spent to patrol the border, the money spent for judges and courts to try these lawbreakers, the money spent on welfare and other basic services such as medical and food, not to mention providing housing and clothing, it all adds up. Then they work and do not pay taxes, do not pay into social security and send a large portion of their money earned back to Mexico, where it benefits the Mexican govt and their economy. America is nothing but a cash cow to the illegals. They milk our system, which actually takes that same welfare money from an AMerica family that may not be able to cross into another Country to find work or free benefits.

What about the debt it racks up to the taxpayers? DO you think that all of this comes out of thin air? All of the tent cities and "detention" centers are using water and electricity that is paid for by the taxpayers. The food and clothes they are given is paid for by us....not some bleeding heart Hollywierd idiot.

Build the damn wall, maybe it will save some AMerican lives. Maybe it will stop some drugs from killing an addict. Maybe it will stop some innocent person from being killed by a drunk or drug crazed immigrant. What is that worth to you? Maybe nothing, but it damn sure means a lot to people like Kate Steinlees family and many others who have suffered through the same fate.

You people crack me up some times with your "holier than thou" attitudes, first you want laws and then you don;t seem to care if those laws are followed. WHich one is it?

I'd love to see Fred ask that question to the Border Patrol agent that was ambushed in America, shot in the back by a AK47 in his plates, shot several more times, had his hand held radio shot & who returned fire while treating his own GSW's and them moving under fire to his vehicle a mile or 2 away to call for help & he started his own IV.....

This happened 30 min south of Tuscon.....2 weeks ago approx.

Jim Chilton, who owns land nearby, says it's often used by drug cartels.

"We're undoubtedly being watched right now by the Sinaloa cartel scouts," he told us.

According to the FBI, the number of assaults on agents averages 428 per year. But under a new reporting policy, U.S. Border Patrol says that number is dramatically higher. They multiply all the variables, so a 2017 incident in south Texas, involving six suspects, seven agents and three kinds of weapons, was reported as 126 assaults

Another source told Breitbart Texas that the agent was ambushed on a trail and that a group of four or five illegal immigrants were later apprehended in the area. This source did not know if the illegal immigrants are connected to the shooting. Breitbart Texas was unable to obtain official confirmation of these details as well.
OK the leap you are making is that he was shot by these guys. Got anything else?

When a border patrol agent gets shot from ambush patrolling on foot near the border, who is your first, middle and last guess as to the legal status of who did it, Fred?
