Have your bags search for loose bullets and brass and then have them ran in a national criminal data base.....going to restrict ammo sales then lise some states, only 2 boxes of ammo a month and if you buy more, ya go on a watch list???
I remember a time in Texas when ammo sales were ID'ed and recorded at the point of sale...The practice was stopped a few decades ago when it was recognized as being useless in affecting crime...Not a single instance of crime was either stopped nor soved......Ben
