This is interesting:
A NASA study found that the 54-year-old twin astronauts no longer share the same DNA after Scott's one-year stint on the International Space Station left him a changed man. While Scott was in space, Mark was on Earth.

Never heard of “gene expression” before. I have several areas of my own which definitely could use a bunch of changes. Maybe a trip to space would help. I’m ready.

In short, it would be remarkable if in this point in their lives their DNA was still identical because of all the random little mutations we pick up throughout our lives, and changes to how the genes are expressed after spending 12 months in remarkably different environments is completely normal.
Still interesting to read about though.
