    CNN anchor and talk radio host Michael Smerconish got Stormy Daniels attorney Michael Avenatti to reveal that at least ten individuals have come forward with offers to cover any financial repercussions resulting from the former porn star telling her full story about President Donald Trump in spite of a “hush money” settlement negotiated by Trump attorney Michael Cohen.
    Michael Cohen will get a nice return on his second mortgage of $130,000 and all the slimy details of the President's dalliances will come to light.

    Melania's squint is getting even more pronounced.

    Would those offering to pay her damages be guilty of tortious interference?

    I could see a case that could be brought against anyone making the payment as a tortious inducement of breach of contract.

    I don't think simply offering would rise to that level of malicious intent.

    I've said it before and I'll say it again if Trump did that nasty nasty woman I'm done with him. I'll support him through the rest of this term but I won't be supporting for reelection.

    The latest development is the Trump Administration is reportedly trying to block the airing of the 60 Minutes interview with Stormy Daniels this next Sunday.

    I think it will be an uphill battle as the constitutionality of prior restraint of a news story was pretty well determined in the SCOTUS decision in 1971 NEW YORK TIMES CO. v. UNITED STATES. That was the Pentagon Papers case where President Nixon attempted to stop newspapers from printing that story.

    All the publicity being generated from the President's attempts to cover up the indiscretion is doing nothing but keeping it in the news. Everyone already knows of the event and would have soon forgotten it if he would simply stop the thrashing about.

    I had no plans to watch it before but now I will just because of the attempt to stop it.

    You would think the President had enough tech-savvy folks around him to understand the "Streisand Effect" or not because all his aides are quitting.

    I’m well aware that many people dismiss this as tabloid trash, along with the allegations from the same period by Karen McDougal, a former Playboy playmate who was paid $150,000 by the National Enquirer in 2016 when she was threatening to disclose an affair with Trump.

    I don’t really care what Trump did in his personal life as a businessman. So many other stories, from tariffs to guns to immigration, are more important.

    But right now we have an ongoing attempt by the president’s lawyer to silence a former X-rated film actress and an unexplained six-figure payoff that smells like hush money. No wonder this story isn’t going away.

    Robert James Jeffress, Jr. the pastor of the First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, the largest and most influential in the nation, just said the President's affair with Stephanie Clifford was Ok because there is no Commandment that says "Thou Shalt Not Have Sex With A Porn Star".

    Well, I guess he does have a point there.

    The Baptists do interpret the Old Testament literally after all.

    Porn Star, White house Intern, Housewife. Just what is the difference ?. Different jobs is all. Why the BIG brouhaha over the " porn star title ?. Does it make it a worse action depending on the job title ?.

    Read an article either today or yesterday stating that the STD rate is lower among " porn actors " than among the the average one night stand bar pickups.

    Yep, because they get checked regularly.

    Donald Trump, before he was President gave an interview and said he would be willing to have sex(although he put in more gross terms) with Princess Diana but she would have to be tested for STDs first.

    He wonders why he is not invited to her son's wedding.

    I doubt that ever took place----why they were very close---the Don used her as a sales pitch all over town---telling perspective buyers that he was about to close on another apartment in the same building with Princess Di---and just behind her if that didn't work was Michael Jackson
