I read about that this morning...I suppose this is just another facet of legalese which I'll never understand: Why would they need heretofore unknown aliases (David Dennison and Peggy Peterson) for a supposedly "private" agreement not meant to be available to the public?......Ben

    *yawn* predictable.

For years the left has demanded that what happens in the bedroom between two adults, stays in the bedroom. Now some floozy wants her 15 minutes of fame and is making some coin off of the rabid MSM. typical

Not to mention the other hero of the Dems, JFK, he had Marilyn Monroe on a daily basis.Something that happened over 10 years ago and now suddenly it is a problem. And I am giving a lot of leeway there by giving that it even happened credence.

The left has nothing to whine about concerning his running of the govt and his policies, so they have to go outside the fence to dig up garbage from a decade ago. It may make good gossip talk, but Americans who go to work every day and have bills to pay do not give a rip about the enquirer stories. I think that will show as the elections move forward through many cycles. People are tired of the BS.

It is pretty much a lose-lose situation for President Trump.

If he claims the nondisclosure agreement is valid, he admits the affair.
If it is found she was paid from campaign funds, a crime was committed.

If he doesn't choose to argue it is valid, the porn star is free to write a book.

No one cared, well except for his wives, if Donald Trump as a citizen was having affairs with porn stars but when he decides to run for office those affairs becomes valid campaign material. When he is elected President they become a salable story.

Even though he committed the infidelity 10 years ago the payment to cover it up happened just 2 years ago during the campaign.

President Clinton was impeached due to the events following his tryst in the Oval Office.
The problem was not his affair but his attempt to cover it up.
