Parkland school shooter did not use high capacity magazines.

It is now being reported that the School shooter was not using high capacity magazines as has been reported in the news. He was using standard 10 round magazines and had 15 of them. The high capacity 30 round magazines would not fit into his backpack, it is now reported.

We have not seen any pics of the weapon or the backpack that was left at the scene and that is kind of strange because it is usually the first thing the media wants to show. Could there be more lies we are going to find out about this?
The gunman used only 10-round magazines.

The Parkland shooter did not use magazines larger than 10 rounds, but gun-reform lobbyists are calling on lawmakers to ban higher-capacity magazines after the Valentine’s Day tragedy.

The 19-year-old school shooter who killed 17 in Florida on Valentine’s Day had 150 rounds of ammunition in 10-round magazines. Larger ones would not fit in his bag, Florida state senator Lauren Book revealed.

His AR-15 reportedly jammed as he attempted to continue his killing spree inside his former school last month.

After his gun jammed, the shooter threw it away and successfully blended into a crowd of students trying to escape the building, according to three sources close to the investigation.

Critics of high-capacity magazines have pointed to the shooting as an example of how they enable killing and ought to be banned, but the Parkland shooter used only smaller magazines.

Senator Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) hinted at a CNN town hall last week that the weapon may have malfunctioned, saying “three or four people may be alive today” because of something that happened during the shooting. Rubio has reconsidered his stance on whether high-capacity magazines should remain legal after the shooting, even though they are not what the young gunman used.

Dork I did notice that the wording was wrong and was glad to see that Marco Rubio straightened it out for us. He was not making toast.

While he wasn't as efficient as the Las Vegas shooter he did a pretty fair job of killing 17 and wounding 15 in about 6 minutes.

The AR-15 seems to be really efficient for killing a lot of people in a short time.

Of course, maybe he could have killed even more if he had several high capacity magazines.

I don't think magazines have anything to do with the travesty that occurred

The Las Vegas shooter was not efficient at all, not at all.....

It comes down to knowing and understand what happens when you pull a trigger....the trajectory, the beaten zone, the cone of fire, any machenegunner can tell ya about this better than I can as I've forgotten so much of it...

He had a set field of fire, dumped as may bullets into a packed area of human flesh, it was pure bad luck on who got hit and who did not. Anybody with a M1 Garand and a bucket full of 8rd en bloc clips who took the time to focus and squeeze the trigger would have killed way more people...

This ass clown using a bumpstock saved more lives than took them by using such a device instead of steady aimed fire....

Dork with all due respect you just don't know as much as you think you do. I don't either.
