    New Sig announced this week

And it just might become the compact of the decade. Known as the P365 this jewel has it all. Size, capacity and Sig quality. Already on the wait list.

    Sweet

I have an old relative---a JP Sauer and Son 12 Ga SXS made in Essen Germany prior to WWII. The engraving is so fine you really need to view it with a magnifying glass to appreciate it. I have never fired it. Sadly I got a similar 20 ga when I got this and--- traded it on a couple of fancy Winchester Model 12s.

It is the second from the top on the left in this photo.

Looks damned spiffy, but then what do I know? The last handgun I bought was induced by some sharpie who saw a live one coming and is still laughing about it. Offered to buy it back for a dime on the dollar.

    I hope you like it!

I have only bought one new gun sight on seen---I "reserved" the first lightweight Remington 20 ga pump to come through the door. It was awful, the damn thing kicked like a mule---it went back out almost as quick as it came in

Know a guy who has put a tad over 1k rounds downrange thru one.....he likes it, but says it will be a hit among the crowd who shoot very little and want a small 9mm as possible. He was saying the recoils not bad, but it starts to beat up the hands after a few hundred rounds....was also says his was not 100% reliable, it had a few malfunctions, but not bad & did not go into detail what kind or how many/dirty gun or what.....

Yeah well I'm in that group. Once I get mine I'll take it apart rub it all down lubricate it with my lubrication take it to the range run about a hundred 150 to 250 rounds through it. Take it back home clean it load it up with some hundred and twenty four grain Federal HST and put it on my side.
