Revolutionary New Toothbrush Coming On Market

It is a KickStarter program due out in June. It looks to be a mouthpiece type affair that has brushes which hit all sides of all teeth at once, which are rotated and the device injects tooth paste during the short, three-second, procedure. The device sterilizes itself during rest. The promo says it will sell for a starting price of $117.00.

Sounds brilliant and needed to me. If it works as promoted, I'm in.
If I'd had this thing all my life, maybe I wouldn't have the dental bills I have now. May be a great gift for the grandkids.
I'm in the middle of a $5000 implant procedure now for just one tooth.

    I'd be interested as well.

The biggest improvement to dental care that I have found to date is the waterpik. I originally got that because I was having problems with my gums at two implants--and the waterpik fixed that over about 3 months.

My other recent change is that I now travel with my electric toothbrush, something I didn't used to do.

    I don't like dental problems!

Dentist are my primary fear. I need a sedative just to make an appointment. Therefore my dental health has suffered as well. Last time I needed a perio cleaning I had to be sedated. I am allergic to Novocain. It amps up my blood pressure and heart rate so bad I'm afraid I'll stroke out.

Update: this review of three brands of “mouthpiece toothbrushes” says the concept, while appealing, has not been executed well.

I am still eagerly awaiting the right product, as I hate wasting time at this repetitive task.

I can understand that. For, dental procedures are terrifying to some, including me. I dread the next one, and take meticulous care of my teeth to ensure there are no problems.

I am allergic to Novocaine... It ramps my heart rate up to stroke levels.... I need to be sedated for dental procedures.

Exiting at 12K does not amp me up any more...
