Individual rights are protected only as long as they don't conflict with the desires of the state .
What else would you expect from Seattle it's just a preview of what's going to happen if a Democrat wins the presidency

They need to be squashed like bugs! Go to Iraq and set up your free zone and see how long that lasts. Enough is enough should be the only message given. You have until nine to clear out, when we decide to come through at an undisclosed time we will "COME THROUGH!"
This is your mind on drugs!
Take them out. Now.

Our Seattle office was just a few blocks from there. We used to have to walk around that neighborhood when we went to our hotels/restaurants. It was disgusting. They had these "safe zone" areas roped off with police tape where the junkies could do their thing. There were people passed out slumped up against trash cans and dumpsters and laying face down on their oun filth. And needles and paraphernalia and other trash everywhere.
I've been in some pretty nasty frat houses before, but Seattle is the only place I have seen that. I wonder if they are occupying Nox's building?

Nox, or whatever name he was using at the time, was from Seattle? That explains a lot, if correct. Last time he slummed through, I think he was in Colorado.

I think Nox lived in the Bellingham area.
In one of his few posts talking about the real world, I recall him saying he was a landlord in Seattle. He owned a building, which is a pretty broad range of possibilities. I think the context was actually ranting about Seattle "progressives". Recall that Nox fancied hisself a lumberjack. I never could quite figure out how to stereotype him.
