Haven't had a drink in 20 years. What it took was my Dr. ask how much do you drink, said a couple every evening and he said your having some liver problems and should quit, all it took, maybe more could use that help.

If I stop in and grab a 6 or 12 pack of beer at the store, the "Use By" date has usually passed before it gets drank around my place. I like a couple while I am BBQing outside with friends, but thats about the limit.
