I see little recourse except to assasinate the mook and as much of his grinning circle as we can find in one place. I noticed on the news videos of him reviewing his troops just this week, so he does appear in NORK public from time to time. A limited-yield nuke at the next parade would be acceptable to me. Call it a massive Cluster F**k.
