Oh SNAP...two birds with one rock....
This is pretty damning. And it’s coming from her own mouth.
This clip of MSNBC’s Morning Joe is making the rounds. It features former Obama Admin. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Evelyn Farkas point-blank telling Mika Brzezinski that she told White House staffers to get as much information as they could about then-candidate and then-President Elect Donald Trump – including any damaging information connection Trump to Russia.
The way she talks about it, it’s like she either didn’t realize what she was admitting to or that she simply didn’t think it was that big of a deal. After all, everyone hates Donald Trump. So, why should spying on him be that much of a problem?

I was urging my former colleagues, and, and frankly speaking the people on the Hill [Democrat politicians], it was more actually aimed at telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can – get as much intelligence as you can – before President Obama leaves the administration.
Because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama] people who left; so it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy, um, that the Trump folks – if they found out HOW we knew what we knew about their, the Trump staff, dealing with Russians – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods; meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.

Given time, this stuff will have to fall out
Well, that does it, you convinced me Donald J. Trump had cozy dealings with scumbags thus he has unclean hands, but then we knew that because he is a New York City builder after all.

The Evelyn Farkas reveal is a big deal. This is a deep D'rat insider with a former lofty position as a high under-secretary of Defense in the Russian zone department. See spills the beans on how the spooks were spying on Trump associates and were disseminating the info amongst the hardcore Democrat operatives. At the time she speaks of having this knowledge of secret data, she was not inside the government. Does this tell you the info was being swamped around freely? There are too many felonies exposed here to keep track easily, if what she says is true. Why would she lie on national TV, and keep in mind that these comments were made on March 2 before the do-do hit the fan.

The story here, as I see it, is two-pronged: Is Trump in cahoots with the Russians, and are/were the Democrats illegally peddling in secret government spying data for their own self-interest? If the answer is "yes" for either or both, that is very bad. I agree that we need answers on both questions.

That's pretty much the way I see it. Too many questions to leave this unanswered.

Former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn has told the Senate Intelligence Committee he is willing to be interviewed about the Trump campaign's possible ties to Russia in return for immunity from prosecution, a Congressional official told NBC News.

The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday that Flynn had told the FBI and Congress he was willing to be interviewed in exchange for a grant of immunity.

In a statement tweeted Thursday, Flynn's lawyer, Robert Kelner, confirmed that discussions had taken place with the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, and said "General Flynn certainly has a story to tell, and he very much wants to tell it."

A pundit was saying that in order to have any on the record conversation with anybody in something like this, asking for immunity is smart. For starters it shows that the person is basically calling out what info they say they have and two it can keep any charges concocted up by the sharks at bay. I do not think the govt has anything, otherwise they would have jumped on it already....all this brouhaha is just redmeat for the loony liberals to chew on.

If the FBI could not find itself bringing charges against Hilliary for illegally running a server in her basement, which is against the law when it comes to govt communications, then how can they have anything to do with a conversation that was between a civilian and a foreigner? Like I said, put up or shut up and they have nothing to show that the Russians changed a single vote in the election.

Hey I have an idea, let's just blow off any real govt work, like making policies, making a budget, you know the stuff that the Constitution says is the real job of running the Country, and just make stupid accusations and complain about ghosts all the time until America collapses into a chithole like the middle east.

What a circus and all because the liberal left are a bunch of whining babies who lost an election because they ran a sorry candidate. That is the real excuse here, everybody has forgotten what the only alternative candidate was, a corrupt lying dirtbag that has been involved in scandals since her and her hubby entered politics. Deal with that.

Now that brought a smile to me face James.

You were dogged in your claims of voter fraud and resolutely ignored the absence of any substantive proof---and now you are dismissing another government interfering with our election by demanding "proof". If I didn't know you as well as I do, I might suggest you might be a switch hitter

Well there was fraud, it has been proven, but from your eyes not enough to change things. Your side is now claiming that the Russians made Trump win, where is that proof? There is no denying that they tried to interfere, but that was going on under the nose of the previous admin. The problem started when Hilliary actually lost, the Dems were SO confident that she had this in the bag, they did not care then. Now it is just a sore loser excuse to pitch a baby fit.

Funny how it is the Dems whining about outside interference, but they did not have a problem with their people interfering in Brexit or giving money to the other side to try and oust Netanyahu? Like I said, this is all a bunch of BS, thrown up by the liberals because they got spanked in the coronation of their goddess. Maybe, just maybe they will run some viable people next time, other than a crackpot old white guy who is a socialist and some corrupt sleezebag crazy white woman with a reputation of nothing but lies and deceit.
