    Shot my first broadheads this week

    They definitely fly a little different than my field points. now I understand why all the mags and videos tell you to re-dial in your sights at the range when you switch between the two.

    You will also find they generally are not as consistent, your grouping is likely to open slightly.

    You might want to consider these.

    They are mechanical and only open on impact. I have found them to be more consistent and as long as I use the same weight field point and broadhead (100 gr)I make very minimal adjustments.
