My aversion is not because it is a cultivar, my aversion is to the heat. While few days go by without my habaneros that is as far as I need go---if I need more heat I simply add more habaneros. I am also not into heat for heats sake---if it does not add to the flavor of food I'm not interested.
This mornings eggs were fried on top of a bed of one large fresh jalapeño plus one large fresh Hungarian hot wax pepper, both diced with seeds left in place and then "top dressed" with my personal mix of habanero, cayenne and Thai Green Chilies, accompanied by fried oysters which were also "top dressed"
