Opinions, What's it worth?

OK gun guys, seeing as firearms are not my number 1 hobby, need some opinions. I have a guy on CL offering to trade this and some cash for a dirtbike, what do ya'll think this pistol is worth?

I'll admit being out of touch with gun prices since selling the store, but this appears to be a lower end, striker fired VP-9...If so, that would mean it was designed to compete with Glocks in the marketplace...H&K is a quality name in firearms, even their entry level guns, and I normally gave $300-350 for a used one in trade...If you're just going to turn it for cash, or trade for something else, I'd value it about the same......Ben
