We are going to do without a lot of products if you want to start banning anything that might cause death in the event of an accident.

We already do, Mike. Just take a look at your car and any number of children' products. There's a threshold there somewhere where the potential harm outweighs the usefulness. Yeah, I see a product that might not kill a pedestrian at 5 mph, but is pretty certain to be lethal at 50 mph. Should we limit cars to 5 mph?
Bullets are intended to be lethal, that's the nature of the product.
