    Climatologist admits theft and deceit...

    LINK...
“In a serious lapse of my own and professional judgment and ethics, I solicited and received additional materials directly from the Heartland Institute under someone else’s name,” Gleick wrote. “My judgment was blinded by my frustration with the ongoing efforts — often anonymous, well-funded, and coordinated — to attack climate science and scientists and prevent this debate … nevertheless I deeply regret my own actions in this case.”
I'm sure this sort of thing exists on both sides of the debate, but as new incidents are reported we get closer to the core of what it's all about...Money......Ben

All of these incidents and revelations fall like water off a duck's back. Environmentalists want so badly to believe that man is creating climate change, they're incapable of understanding that it's all been a hoax.
Who ever first dreamed up the scam to separate environmentalists from their money (and reality) was brilliant. Damned fools will continue buying into the myth.

"Climate Alarmist Calls For Burning Down Skeptics’ Homes “Let’s start keeping track of them…let’s make them pay”.... Writing for Forbes Magazine, climate change alarmist Steve Zwick calls for skeptics of man-made global warming to be tracked, hunted down and have their homes burned to the ground, yet another shocking illustration of how eco-fascism is rife within the environmentalist lobby." Is it a coincidence that Earth Day is also Lenin's birthday? I think not. It is appropriate.

Incidentally, Gleick, who impersonated board members of greenie hated The Heartland Institute to get funding data (which showed nothing untoward) and phonied a document purporting to be official from the organization professing a plan to keep school children ignorant, was the Chairman of the "new task force on scientific ethics and integrity" of the American Geophysical Union and gave many sanctimonious speeches and conferences on his brand of "ethics in science" until forced to resign as a result of his nefarious attempts to undercut the opposition to his activist Warmist nonsense by fraud and deceit.

Ben makes the statement "both sides of the (climate) debate" do "this sort of thing." Really...show me an equivalent stunt by the skeptics?
    ..

I looked back and somethin' really nasty is gaining on me.

The esteemed counselor is attempting to coerce me into supporting an insupportable supposition...Methinks counselor's recent move to the liberalized air of the Austin area has eroded the solid thinking nurtured by the purity of Montgomery County conservatism...

I assure you, sir, my statement was offered with all due facetiousness......Ben

If it helps, our move was just north of San Antonio and 90 miles or so from the politically polluted Austin area...by design.

Probably about 40 miles south of Luckenbach, Texas (Where ain't nobody feelin' no pain), and I equivocate because when I tried to find it I was unable. To blink is to miss it.

So, How Is The Greenie Propaganda Going Down?

Here's how Earth Day, a/k/a Lenin's Birthday, was celebrated (?) in the heart of eco-nut country —

Monday's Washington Post gave the badly-attended Earth Day rally on Sunday a whitewash on the front page of the Metro section. "Earth Day stands up to the rain," was the headline, as reporter Tara Bahrampour said rain "didn't stop the die-hards." Online, the headline was funnier: "Rains don't water down Earth Day enthusiasm." The Post offered no attempts at a numerical estimate.

But at Examiner.com, 'DC Green Business Examiner" Douglas Canter was more straightforward: "Earth Day Networks, which sponsored the event, expected tens of thousands of people. By midafternoon, about 40 people, including [Frisbee-throwers] Nick, Antonio, and a CNN crew, hovered near the stage awaiting the remainder of a long list of scheduled speakers and bands, including the Reverend Jesse Jackson and R&B singer Ledisi."

He added: "About 50 yards away, several hundred people walked on the muddy grass and stopped under about 20 partially covered exhibits. Many were operated by companies that promoted their products."

So let's review: Earth Day organizers expected "tens of thousands" and drew 40...

The first Earth Day found me in High School. A lot of us cut school that day.
