A career ended over what probably was a choice of words that was misinterpreted by his critics. Being fired under that circumstance will probably mean that the guy will end up writing for a weekly shopper somewhere. It's really getting ridiculous.
Oh, come on. The headline was a double entendre, and he meant it to be...not that I'm offended. But even if I were, do we have the right to not be offended?

I think that connecting "a chink in the armor" to the asian heritage basketball star (I think he's actually American born, but could be wrong) actually says more about the people doing the connecting that it does the reporter who used the phrase.
