Once again, I need a bit of help in understanding just what in heII I am missing. Every time I look at an article about [ who and how much ] is donated to the Republican Campaign, I see the Koch bros being called out as the EVIL billionaires trying to buy the elective process.

Oh my God, the Kochs’ are giving a total of 60 million to super pacs to elect those nasty Republicans. What is the world coming to. They are buying the election. We the people will no longer have a say in who gets elected.
That type of statement comes from all sorts of people from internet users to “ media outlets” that are supposed to be knowledgable on such matters. What I fail to see amid all this rhetoric is any statement about the oft quoted and never rebutted figure of

ONE BILLION dollars that the current occupant of the White House has amassed for his reelection campaign.

Why is that ?. Just what is so wrong with giving 60 mil as opposed to giving a billion?. is it the fact that Democrat money is somehow worth less than Republican ?. Or could it be that most news outlets are controlled by liberals and allowing information like that to be known would be against what they believe is “worthwhile news “.

I lack understanding and am in need of not only another six pack but, any information that could set me on the path to enlightenment.

Well, the Brothers build refineries------that spells OIL & GAS so we can still drive cars & heat our homes------They also grow cattle-----that means killing animals to feed people-----they build Convention Centers----for the big business conventions-----and they make money doing it.

Anyone who still doubts that "money is the mother's milk of politics" need only examine what happened almost solely because of its use in turning the voting public from Newt Gingrich to Mitt Romney in a short period of ten days in the recent Republican primary in Florida — a classic teaching & learning opportunity.

One can only hope that example is not invariable and that the stinking pile of poo that is the Obama record cannot be countermanded merely by amassing and spending ton$ of filthy lucre.
