    The Navy could easily solve this problem just by issueing 'Depends' to all the sailors. Then they could just load the discards in a naval cannon and use them for shell wadding.

    Haven't they heard of PORT 'O POTTIES? Used to be in Long Beach---moved to San Francisco....I think Pelosi has her fingers in 'em.
