    I could not tell which one was John Lee Hooker in that video, and have never seen him play a harpoon.

    I think John Lee Hooker is wearing a dark jacket---but obviously that is a very young John Lee Hooker. I'd like to know when this was recorded.

    This just came on as I continue on taxes. It was a good cause to pause.

    Back when we were both much younger, I a John Bircher and Joan a free spirit and rebel I thought her voice and person were both of great beauty---but I could not bring myself to buy any of her records---her politics put me off.
    Apparently she has changed her politics, because I think I now have everything she ever recorded. I am no longer a Bircher but she is still lovely
