AZ appeals order blocking parts of immigration law

Arizona asked an appeals court Thursday to lift a judge's order blocking most of the state's immigration law as the city of Phoenix filled with protesters, including about 50 who were arrested for confronting officers in riot gear.

Republican Gov. Jan Brewer called U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton's Wednesday decision halting the law "a bump in the road," and the state appealed to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco on Thursday.

9th circuit is as liberal as the Judge in Arizona, so it will be held up.

Its going to the Supremes, no question about that. Doesnt matter which side wins the other will appeal. Obama had better watch out, it may open a much bigger can of worms than what his bunch first realized. Next on the list is going to be why are the sanctuary cities blatantly going against federal laws. It has just started.
