    Thumbs up Alison Krauss

    We've got tickets for Alison Krauss and Union Station tomorrow night. Never seen them before. Will I enjoy it? I can only believe it'll be great.

    I'm not sure about old Toby. In a way, I think he's pretty damned okay. But in another way I wonder. If ya know what I mean.

    I spotted her years ago as a GREAT country/jazz violin player .... sorta in the Bob Will's tradition. However since then she has been mainlining her singing which, IMHO ain't near as talented as her fiddle playing. But ... you'll enjoy the show!

    Her fiddle playin was the first thing I noticed several years ago. Come to think of it, your're right about the Bob Wills thing too but I hadn't thought of it. She does have a purdy voice though. And she ain't half bad to look at either.

    The guys in the band are amazing artists too. Every one of 'em.

    He's actually pretty rowdy. And has been known to frequent the presence of the herbal cowboy, mr will nelson.
