    Thumbs up

You guys are overlooking her REAL talent .... playing bluegrass fiddle. She was a fiddler long before she started singing.

Judy Garland, Billie Holliday, Ella Fitzgerald - to name a few.

She's good, but she's got big shoes to fill. And, at least with Ella, a big dress as well!

Thumbs up I agree whole heartedly agree.

Her Forget About It album is my second favorite of all albums by any artist, and her DVD - Live is terrific as well. The band behind her is first rate to the man, and Jerry Douglas is THE universally recognized master of his instrument, the dobro.

    So you hate bluegrass?

That's OK TP....she's still an angel to me. Her voice can ease my nerves in a few seconds.

BUT....I still can get jammin on "Fuel"....or "Sandman".

Lets not forget her guitar player too. Dan Tyminski was the voice of Oh Brother Where Art Thou's, Man of Constant Sorrow.

That soundtrack ruled the charts for almost a year.
