Oh but it was so good

BBQ'd some pork ribs on Friday. Had some left over. Baked Sourdough today....hmmn

Sliced the meat off the bone, sliced up the sourdough, buttered a skillet and put in 2 slices of sourdough, topped with cheese. heated up the pork in the microwave, put it on the cheese. Grilled Cheese with pork on sourdough. washed it down with a Guinness 0.0 NA beer.

Mmmm... seriously, I think God put pigs on earth so we can BBQ their ribs and eat them. There's simply no comparison to other meats prepared the same way.
