Much criticism has been leveled at the lowly cow for their propensity to pass gas in copious amounts without regard for the impact on our planet. Now we have a major push by the concerned to shift our dietary focus from gas belching bovines to veggies---which actually reprocess that bovin gas, into life giving oxygen.
To that end this guest essay appeared in this morning's NYT:
"How to Make a Nation of Meat Eaters Crave the Humble Bean"
So---despite being a simple man---I have to ask the obvious----does the "gas engine" in this "solution" not simply move from the bovines to the humanoids
From a strictly selfish POV--I'd prefer that "gas engine" be out in the field rather than in me house
