I think Sen Romney’s comment was more directed at Lyndon Johnsons pardons and more explicitly Ford’s pardon of Nixon.
Sometimes, for many people…its best for the County to just move on…

Kinda agree with Romney for the classified documents in Florida case.. that case will drag on and be an expensive can of worms to prosecute.. Biden could get some good spin by a properly worded pardon for that one..
