Yeah, saw the AARP people at a concession stand there. Fitting, as the audience members around me were some of the oldest people I've seen at a rock concert.

Wowzers.. sounds like a great time.. Our last concert adventure was pre-Covid, turning into senintary slackers.. I have to bring earplugs now, a geezer thing I guess..

Saw the Stones a RFK stadium in DC for $25.00 a ticket.. then unknown Counting Crows opened for them.. 1994..

Glad that you had a good time.. jealous..

Yeah, just a bit of inflation with their prices now. Our two tickets were $750 for The Stones.

    It was an impulse buy..

We were taking our High School age daughter to see an IMAX movie in DC.. as we are parking at the subway, the radio announces a second night added for the Stones.. tickets available.. the (now) Macys with ticketron is above our subway stop so we go in and check.. the ticketron clerk started at $400.00.. and then started reading lower prices the further from the stage.. when sh got to upper section, upper deck (center stage view) she said $25.00.. a quick nod to Spousal Unit and daughter is asking if she would like to see the stones..

    An impulse buy..

A buddy who is a strong Stones lover said it was a good show!

I've seen them 3 times so good enough for me.

I'm thinking we're fortunate enough to have the remaining Stones we've got now.

An impulse buy that's a good deal is outstanding. And, may I be able to say I saw the Stones three times someday as well.
