Really----is there no "real" people to run for our highest offices? I will define "real": a person who has lived an unremarkable life, hailed from a middle class (or lower) home, worked hard in school because they had to, got a real job and worked hard to get ahead, married an "average" spouse, raised average but hard working respectful kids and now, with a bucket of experience in working with diverse people and making things happen, thinks it is time to pay it back by a few years in public service.
Is that too much to ask? We are the greatest country in the world---why can't we get a few great "real" people to serve
