4oz of ground Buffalo mixed with diced baby bella mushrooms previously cooked in a skillet with butter and chopped garlic and formed into a patty. Lightly dusted with Lawry's seasoned salt then grilled in the same skillet as the mushrooms. After flipping it gets topped with a nice slice of Dubliner cheese which is allowed to melt. Served in a wrap of Iceberg lettuce
