    I needed that

    its 70F and breezy so I went out and rode my bicycle 25 mostly staying in the vigorous cardio zone

    got on the scale this morning and since Thanksgiving I have dropped 37 pounds. I need to drop another 38 to hit 200

    I dropped 40lbs in 8 days last summer... Hope to never do that again. Been a struggle but have gained 20 of the 30 I want back....

    Wise weight management posts by The Crew.

    As I reported last Fall, I lost 10 pounds. That dropped my total to 220 lbs @ 6'4". Yeah, a relatively small amount, but I feel better - did it for increased med effectiveness.

    My parents are at the age where we try to keep weight on them. As mentioned in this thread, that's not necessarily an easy task. They are now, literally, little old people.

    In the past year I dropped 50 lb.. had to close shop.. I looked like I borrowed my clothes..


    Good luck Bo and Ben.. I have never had a weight gain issue but have watched friends struggle..
