I would, since I am in the group that doesn't deal well with this. I also get the flu shot every year and I have had multiple (types) pneumonia shots. I don't recall ever having the flu---but I have had pneumonia at least 4 times---there are something like 99 strains of pneumonia and the shots only cumulatively work against about a third of them.
My age says yes.
Damn straigh I would. Having had the flu, I get a flu shot religiously every year. I am a vaccine enthusiast.
You can bet I'll get one. I've been hospitalized 4 times in the past 5 years with pneumonia so I'm already a candidate for serious Covid. The only year I didn't get a flu shot, I got the flu.
I was moderately concerned when in the middle of March I was diagnosed with pneumonia again---just as the covid-19 was surging. I came home from NY the day after being diagnosed and haven't been back since. They might have tested me for the covid-19---but they had no test kits
I get all the shots that Medicare will pay for every year...And I also got the shingles shots which are expensive...When they have one for the WuFlu I'll get it too......Ben
Since moving out of the office and working from home about 12 years ago I stopped getting sick...
Heck yes I would get the shot after knowing folks that are close friends that just got off ventilators and how messed up they are and the one that died. That and my line of work you bet that I want to be at the head of that line.
I will be first in line, this stuff scares the bejesus out of me.
I will get one BUT, it will be after 4 - 6 months from the first set of shots. Gotta see the results.
This same bunch has been working on an AIDS vaccine since the 80’s. Ain’t happened. Just sayin’.
Tri-Guy has to be in the highest risk of exposure, I would think.
