The left is going to get exactly what they want and it's going to bite them in the butt big time. Unfortunately, a lot of people will suffer, mostly in the inner cities. Louisville right now west of 9th street is a slaughterhouse thanks to the Breonna Taylor BS. What went from multiple murders per week has now become multiple murders per day. Someone even shot a beautiful little 3 year old girl in the face killing her and her father. But hey, let's destroy the city demanding justice for a drug dealer.
You may be right. I was pursuing a web article claiming every city should be run like Portland. Now, that bothers me. No two cities are alike - and surely, civic planners would know that. Should every city be run like Salt Lake City? Nope - same reason. What works for us would not necessarily work for other cities.

Let me ask Eric what he thinks the proper approach to someone running around the neighborhood stark naked & high on Angle Dust screaming that he has COVID and will spit on anyone coming close? Is a “spithood” on the suspect a recommended solution? Would you care if he is white or black?
"Spit hoods" have been used for as many years as I can remember whenever a suspect spits on cops and a hood is available. Black or white, they are nothing new. This incident is making the news only because of the current attempts to destroy our society.
