What happens ?

Barr and Durham are conducting an investigation. O K, my question is, when finished do they charge individuals with a crime ?. And if they do, what happens then ?. Are those people rounded up and tossed in the clink until bail or trial ? Who does the arresting ?.

Or what I expect will be, nothing happens, lots of talk and the 2020 election rolls around and if the dems win it is all swept under the rug.
