My wife is currently in Fl, leaving me with no expectations but my own. So---last weekend I took a ham bone out of the freezer----put that in a pot of water with a big bunch of collard greens and let them simmer away for about 4 hours with only fish sauce and white vinegar added to the pot. About an hour before dinner I added a few red skin potatoes and fresh ground pepper. Fed me handsomely for the weekend :hatoff:
