Its going to be above 100F all week. I'm going to have to get up before dawn to go ride my bike on Tuesday and Thursday when I leave for work at 7am. MWF is out because I start work at 4 am after getting up at 3am so no way on this planet I am getting up at 1 am to go ride. 3:30 is going to be hard enough. Put the lights on my bike an charged up the batteries. 2400 lumens on the handlebars and 1200 lumens of the helmet light

Wifey waa invited to stay in Phoenix with my sister. Yeah, that's not gonna happen. Wifey stays out of the heat by only going to Phoenix from November through February.

I'd be more concerned with how much light I had behind me and on the sides.
Accuweather said it was 106° this afternoon with a RealFeel of 114°...No wonder I didn't feel like staying out there long...:relax:...Ben

went out this morning and rode 80 minutes out through the wineries just east of town. I'm feeling invigorated.

I have a nephew that lives up around Nevada City and is crazy. He's doing the Leadville 100 again this August and I told him I would be there incase he needed another rest stop manned.
Did 15 miles in 54 minutes this morning. Kicked it hard the entire ride. Cardio monitor says I worked out hard.
