To me, it's obvious what we need to do with all of them. This is war and there are casualties of war. They haven't stopped fighting, they haven't quit killing and stealing. Kill them all fast, maybe that will appease the weak of heart.

It's definitely not one world is it. The whole lot of those ignorant cave men would fight to the death and condemn their children to eternal hell for the chance to stay ignorant cavemen.
