Simple, easy and healthy
No cook dinner :peace:
Canned tuna (in water) with diced celery and onion with mayo. Filled a sectioned tomato on a bed of Romain Lettuce leaves. :cool:
I took some of the tuna salad out for me and added capers, a diced jalapeno and my hot blend :pimpgrin:
....and as an extra bonus, clean-up was a breeze :cowboy:

I'm continuing my frolic with summer's bounty :cool:
I readily admit to being a tomato fanatic----and I am perfectly comfortable with that fact. Today, I continued my obsession at lunch. I sectioned a large tomato, added lots of torn fresh basil, potato salad, dill weed, bacon bits , sea salt and fresh ground pepper. It doesn't get much better than that :drool:
