As a test of my recovery, my therapists assigned me the task of making noodles for a soup. Took me about a week to get them right. So, I read this forum regularly and find it impressive to learn what my "foodie" friends are doing.

Man, I missed that YouTube stuff. I use that site for so many other things - just did not think of doing it for noodles.

By Ruth's request I made a huge batch of Chicken noodle soup with thick Fettuccini noodles cut to around 8" long. We have enough soup for a weeks worth of lunches
