Cases report is how i interpret it..
However I do realize the 'cases reported' number are skewed considerably... I know several people that were required to test negative before being allowed to report back to work and were tested multiple time until the finally came back negative and each of the multiple positive test were included in the case count.
It should have been the number of people testing positive, not the number of positive test. one individual can get tested multiple times.
I've also heard of people that never took the test getting a letter stating they have tested positive.
Yes the testing has become a joke as every news have a different this and that.
A good find, Dave.

I like how you have to look for covid doom and gloom now. Things must be getting better. I hope so.
Every step with this is into the unknown, so deal with it. Numbers don't mean anything as long as I don't get and have to be admitted to the hospital then it's scary on which side one come out of. Even if one's released what are the after effects on one's body. Those are the things I'm concerned with.
The numbers are bullroar. This is now politics.
Local mask nazi news. I used to be impartial, but the quivering masses are starting to draw my ire.
Quote:
She said five to eight people in line then started screaming at her that she was a “libtard,” that it was a “free country” and that it is “a constitutional right to not wear a mask.”
Wendt said Bartholomew told her to “choke yourself with your mask.”
“I went up and hit him in the face because I felt threatened,” she said.

August 12, 2020: In 43 states where data is available, 44% of COVID deaths are reported to have been among nursing home residents. However, the true number may be higher. The Associated Press reports that states are not reporting the numbers in a consistent manner.[1]
New York state, in particular, is cited for probably understating nursing home deaths. The AP report notes one facility in the Bronx where 21 people died in a 146-bed facility. However, the official data reports only 4 deaths from that nursing home. The discrepancy is tied to the fact that when a nursing home patient is transferred to a hospital and dies there, the death is counted as a hospital death.[1]
