This week in a virtual unanimous vote in the House of Representatives the Democrats voted 228 to 197 to defend localities that allow illegal immigrants to vote in their elections, turning back a GOP attempt to discourage the practice.

One more step to announce their invitation and encouragement to open borders and illegal immigration. They want them to vote, yet they vigorously opposed them being counted in the census.

This retracted nothing but tells us how far the Democrat Left has sunk. This concerned local elections, Dave, and was posted to illustrate what Democrats have become. Are you in favor of illegals or even non-citizens on visas voting in your local elections?
The D’rats vigorously want and encourage illegal immigration and just as vigorously do not want them counted in the census. One simple requirement would eliminate all illegal voting — you must provide proof of a federal income tax filing, which is already required by law, in order to be registered to vote. No stake in the game; no voting privilege.

Incidentally, Pelosi and by extension, Democrats, are proud to announce their disloyalty by allowing Crenshaw’s resolution to even reach the floor for a vote. She and they are shouting their joy in illegals.

I just showed you proof that the camel is ensconced in Congress in the form of the present House majority who recognize the Constitution only when it suits them, and do it virtually unanimously, hence my post to recognize their in-our-face perfidy.
I have to argue that your interpretation of this bill is not correct---but in any case, one nest of childish idiots do not begat a law---and certainly not a constitutional change.
Surely, if you are correct, you can circumvent the rag you started with and go directly to this bill and extract the clauses which you believe are giving the vote to non-citizens.

WJ, I completely without reservation agree with the original premise of your post. The media and the Dem's have been totally exposed. Now we just have to wait and see how many of their apologists will vote for them in 2020.
is it not a states right issue to conduct their own business their way. It can't go federal as per constitution.
