Congress set to move on Marijuana
"House to vote on removing cannabis from list of controlled substances."
It's a first step to pulling back on the Fed's penalties for pot. The incentive for the Fed is the ability to collect taxes on it.

Frankly, it feels odd to me that I'm now using Cannabis, when I used to arrest people for possessing it and confiscate their drugs. I now take the position that, if people think they could benefit from marijuana, do so - if legal in their state.
